Postakürt Gallery

A permanent exhibition on the history of the postal service of Miskolc and its region was opened in 1998 on the 4th floor of the Miskolc Directorate of the Hungarian Postal Service. More than 200 years of historical documentation, documents, maps, artefacts and the furnishings of a post office from the beginning of the 20th century help to understand the postal service in Northern Hungary. In addition to local curiosities, the exhibition also includes a collection of antiques, photographs and writings from the staff of post offices in the area.
