Paper Industry Museum of Diósgyőr Paper Mill

The Diósgyőr Paper Mill organised a paper industry exhibition unique in Central and Eastern Europe in 1982, featuring historical relics of the mill. The professional collection traces the history of paper making and the history of the factory, and in addition to various artefacts and documents, an 18th century paper milling workshop with authentic equipment can also be seen in the museum. The collection, part of the industrial heritage, is unique in Hungary.

Visitors are welcome on weekdays and on the first Saturday of every month from 10 am to 1 pm.
The museum is closed on the Monday following the Saturday open.
Guided tours for individual visitors start at 10 am and 12.
